Job Description
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets
- Develop and execute sales and aftermarket strategies across multiple regions
- Optimize sales territories and monitor KPIs to maximize profitability
- Build strong customer relationships and drive service revenue
- Collaborate with operations and marketing to implement effective sales initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven record in Compressor sales essential
- 3–5 years proven experience as a Sales Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic planning, sales forecasting, and CRM proficiency
- Ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and adapt to market changes
