Role Purpose
We are seeking a mature, organised, and target-driven Office Administrator / Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative duties, manage customer relationships, resolve client issues professionally, and assist with driving sales growth.
Requirements
- Matric (Tertiary qualification in Administration or Sales advantageous)
- Target-driven with a passion for customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities
- Computer literate (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Drivers license would be advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all office administration tasks efficiently
- Assist in sales and client follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and transactions
- Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
- Support the sales team with quotes, invoicing, and order processing
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients
- Prepare reports and assist with marketing activities where required
