Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen, with a focus on grilling and cooking- Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain quality- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures- Matric or equivalent qualification (culinary training a plus)Duties:- Grill and cook menu items to perfection- Prep ingredients and maintain a clean, organised station- Work with the Head Chef to create new menu items- Support the kitchen team during service- Help maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
