About the Role
Work Africa is seeking a Student Enrolment Agent to join our team in East London or remotely (Durban, CPT, JHB). As a commission-based role, you will engage with prospective students through various communication channels, providing comprehensive information on our course offerings and guiding them through the enrolment process. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed individual and team enrolment targets by developing leads, driving applications, and ensuring seamless experiences for our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students through various communication channels
- Provide comprehensive information on our course offerings
- Assist prospective students in selecting the most suitable course based on their individual needs and career goals
- Guide prospective students through the enrolment process
- Meet and exceed individual and team enrolment targets
- Develop leads and drive applications
- Maintain accurate data entry and database pipelines
- Ensure enrolment processes and business rules and policies are followed
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of Matric or equivalent
- 2 to 3 Years Contact Centre sales experience
- Private Education-related experience advantageous
- Any other sales related courses would be advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Team player
- Ability to work independently and be self-organised
- Goal driven with Self-Confidence to drive own performance
- Effective verbal and written communication
