About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced 4×4 Workshop Manager to join their team in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a workshop, leading a team, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a 4×4 workshop, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality workmanship
- Lead a team of technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and meeting their needs
- Oversee administrative tasks, including inventory management and personnel records
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years experience as a 4×4 Workshop Manager within the Automotive Industry
- Relevant Trade Test qualifications (merSETA | Olifantsfontein | QCTO)
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of Automotive Workshop Management disciplines essential
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a sales-driven, customer-focused approach
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Valid Driver’s License required
