About the Role
Our client in the Health and Wellness industry is seeking an Internal Customer Services Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and working closely with product consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of Orders/Quotes/Invoices and dealing with emails.
- Assisting all walk-in clients.
- Working as a team player alongside your product consultant.
- Daily Courtesy calling and Upselling.
- Stock ordering from HQ (Johannesburg) on a weekly basis (draw up stock lists).
- Stock checking/counting once received.
Requirements
- Good communications skills including telephone/ email etiquette.
- Must be computer literate.
- Background in customer relations and sales experience beneficial.
- Bio kineticist, or Human Movement Science beneficial.
- Knowledge with regards to products sold to the Physio, Chiro, Bio an advantage.
- Accounting practices also a must.
