About the Role

Our client in the Finance sector is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform reception duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.

• Answering of telephones

• Log/Transfer information on calls received.

• Welcome clients/guests to the office.

• Tee/coffee making for meetings and directors.

• Taking Minutes

• Typing letters

• Collecting/sending mail

• Managing couriers and parcels

• Vendor Applications

• Managing of Fleet/Vehicle keys and licenses

• File data and perform other routine tasks.

• Order and maintain relevant office supplies.

• Perform related duties as requested by management.
