About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin and Payroll Administrator to join our client’s team in Piet Retief. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our payroll processes and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately, working closely with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees on a bi-weekly/monthly basis
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports
- Manage employee benefits and deductions
- Address any payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely manner
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
- Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administrative roles
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
