About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Naval Product Tester/Engineer to join our team in Pretoria-East. As an Electronic Naval Product Tester, you will be responsible for testing and validating the performance of HF radio communication systems, working closely with development engineers to ensure products meet the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain test setups for diverse product and system configurations, including military applications.
- Work closely with development engineers to test, debug, and qualify products and systems.
- Write code for test platform software, sub-system and unit testing using C++ and Python.
- Test report documentation
Requirements
- BTech (Electronic OR Computer Engineering)
- 0-7 years of working experience in product testing in a professional capacity.
- Visio Experience in HF radio communication.
- Basic experience working with software in C++ or C in a Windows-based environment.
- Basic knowledge of using a Linux-based environment for C++ development.
