About the Role

As a Client Services Manager at our client, you will be responsible for delivering seamless customer communication and experience solutions for major brands. You will oversee onboarding, day-to-day client interaction, service performance, and accurate billing, working closely with technical teams to resolve complex issues and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full client relationship, ensuring strong communication, expectation setting, and service oversight.
  • Drive initiatives that grow client revenue and improve service delivery.
  • Oversee project implementations, ensuring smooth handover and clear communication.
  • Address support issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Interpret KPIs, SLAs, contracts, and provide insights that support client growth.
  • Advocate for the client internally and represent company interests to the client.
  • Maintain accurate client information in OPACS/ERP systems.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (non-negotiable)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience using a case management system (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong customer service experience across multiple SaaS products
  • Proven ability to manage complex client issues and relationships
  • Experience in 3PL environments, especially with premium brands, is highly advantageous
  • Background in continuous improvement and project management recommended
