About the Role
MJLabs is seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resource Assistant to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resource Leader, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing disciplinary procedures for all personnel
- Recruit and select required staff members
- Develop skills of all staff members
- Maintain records of employees trained
- Handle increase negotiations and performance appraisals
- Compile monthly production reports
- Assist managing staff with Labour Related issues
- Ensure accurate completion of reports (WSP/ATR, Employment Equity, STATS SA and BBBEE)
- Handle CCMA matters
- Draft company policies and procedures
- Record keeping of all leave taken by employees and approve leave requests
- Compile and maintain staff members contracts and keep records of all staff files
