About the Role

MJLabs is seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resource Assistant to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resource Leader, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing disciplinary procedures for all personnel
  • Recruit and select required staff members
  • Develop skills of all staff members
  • Maintain records of employees trained
  • Handle increase negotiations and performance appraisals
  • Compile monthly production reports
  • Assist managing staff with Labour Related issues
  • Ensure accurate completion of reports (WSP/ATR, Employment Equity, STATS SA and BBBEE)
  • Handle CCMA matters
  • Draft company policies and procedures
  • Record keeping of all leave taken by employees and approve leave requests
  • Compile and maintain staff members contracts and keep records of all staff files
