About the Role
The Student Support Advisor plays a vital role in ensuring a positive and supportive student experience at digital school of marketing. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support services to students throughout their academic journey, from enrolment through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist learners with academic, administrative, and learner support services
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with colleagues and teams to achieve shared goals
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
