About the Role

The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty within the service department of an automotive dealership. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Communicate recommended maintenance and repair services to customers
  • Generate and explain service estimates to customers
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up
  • Update customers on the status of their vehicle and any additional services needed

Requirements
