About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Recruiter to join our team at Tailormade Solution in Johannesburg. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review available positions and candidate requirements.
  • Communicating with other senior members of staff.
  • Posting job applications.
  • Screening candidate’s CVs.
  • Contacting candidate references and verifying documents.
  • Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews.
  • Managing and uploading candidates documents.

Requirements

  • Matric and degree in field of humanities OR previous experience in recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be tech-savvy.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Must be computer Literate
