About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Dante Group Ltd in Ekurhuleni. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Assist with stock control and dispatch administration as required
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and basic ERP or stock systems to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) minimum
  • Relevant administrative, logistics, or operations qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 23 years experience in an administrative role within a manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environment
  • Exposure to stock control, or dispatch administration preferred
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and warehousing workflows
