Hospitality Hire is recruiting for a 4 Star Luxury Hotel in Bantry Bay. What We’re Looking For A valid South African ID or work permit Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification Formal culinary qualification or certificate (for example, City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent) 1 to 2 years’ experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel kitchen Strong technical knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and presentation Thorough understanding of hygiene, food safety, and HACCP principles Excellent time management and organisational skills A strong team ethic and willingness to learn and grow Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays What You’ll Do Take responsibility for the daily preparation and service within your assigned section Deliver dishes of impeccable quality, presentation, and flavour in line with luxury standards Prepare mise en place efficiently and maintain precision during service Ensure correct stock rotation, storage, and minimal waste Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene throughout your section Support your Chef de Partie and colleagues in ensuring smooth and coordinated service Uphold discipline, professionalism, and pride in every aspect of your work Demonstrate consistency and attention to detail in every dish Why Join Here, your dedication and precision are the key ingredients.
