Job Description

Benoni Key Responsibilities Manage engineering and technical project activities end-to-end Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements Review and approve designs, drawings, and technical documentation Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders Identify and mitigate technical and project risks Monitor fabrication, assembly, and quality compliance in the workshop Ensure ISO 9001:2015 and SHERQ compliance Compile reports, databooks, QCPs, and client documentation Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and project staff Track budgets, manage variations, and report on project performance Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering 3 to 5 years Engineering/Project experience Strong project coordination and technical problem-solving skills Proficient in CAD software (Inventor, Solid Edge, SolidWorks) Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project ECSA registration (advantage)
