About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to direct our Kids Church ministries across all campuses in Randburg. The successful candidate will provide vision, direction, and spiritual leadership to drive excellence in Sunday service experiences for children and families. They will lead and develop Campus Kids Church Leaders, ensuring ministry alignment with our overall church vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide vision, direction, and spiritual leadership to Kids Church ministries across all campuses.
- Lead and develop Campus Kids Church Leaders.
- Ensure ministry alignment with the overall church vision and values.
- Drive leadership development and succession planning.
- Oversee operational systems, service flow, and programme delivery.
- Maintain compliance with child safety and protection policies.
- Coordinate resources, curriculum, and events across campuses.
- Direct oversight of Campus Kids Church Leaders.
- Performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
- Facilitate regular leadership meetings and reporting structures.
- Provide strategic reports and updates to Senior Pastors.
- Oversee ministry budgeting and resource allocation.
- Monitor attendance growth, engagement metrics, and programme effectiveness.
Requirements
- Relevant accredited Teaching Qualification (Essential).
- Occupational Therapy qualification (Advantageous).
