About the Role
As a Solar Sales Consultant at Career Crew Ltd, you will play a crucial role in educating homeowners and businesses about the benefits of solar energy, designing customized systems, and driving sustainable energy adoption. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals while maintaining strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Management: Generate leads through various channels (inbound/outbound, door-to-door) and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Customer Consultation: Meet with clients (in-person/virtual) to understand energy usage, budget, and sustainability goals.
- System Design & Proposal: Conduct site assessments, use software to design solar solutions, calculate ROI, and prepare detailed proposals and quotes.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present solutions, explain benefits (cost savings, environmental impact), handle objections, and close deals.
