About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead our organisation’s transformation efforts in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective change strategies that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver change strategies that actually work
- Engage stakeholders at every level, turning skeptics into champions
- Create clear, compelling communications that make change exciting, not scary
- Roll out training and support that empowers people to thrive in new ways of working
- Track adoption, celebrate wins, and tweak where needed to keep things on course
- Champion adaptability, resilience, and continuous improvement across the business
Requirements
- 7 years of change management or transformation experience
- A proven track record of leading large-scale change (bonus if it’s in retail or consumer-focused industries)
- Strong stakeholder management chops
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- Certification in change management methodologies (Prosci, ACMP, etc.) is a plus
