About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our cleaning and hygiene division across multiple client sites in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving service excellence, client retention, and contract profitability while developing and executing regional business plans aligned to divisional and group strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the cleaning and hygiene division
- Drive service excellence, client retention, and contract profitability
- Develop and execute regional business plans
- Oversee SLAs, contract compliance, service delivery standards, and quality assurance
- Lead and mentor site managers and operational teams
- Manage budgets, wage control, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Ensure full compliance with H&S legislation, hygiene standards, and industry regulations
- Oversee audits, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage new contract mobilizations, site take-ons, and operational transitions
- Build strong client, supplier, and stakeholder relationships
- Identify growth opportunities, upselling initiatives, and operational efficiencies
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years senior management experience in cleaning, hygiene, or facilities services
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-site operations
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership
- In-depth knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation protocols, and South African H&S legislation
Qualifications
- Relevant management or business qualification (advantageous)

- Competitive package: R30 000 to R30 000 CTC – added Commission structure
