About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance using SAGE Payroll software
  • Administer employee benefits and compensations programs
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in developing HR strategies and policies

Requirements

  • Matric
  • 250 payroll experience (MEIBC, Metal & Engineering Industries Bargaining Council)
  • MIBFA Metal Industries benefit fund administrator certification
  • NBCEI National Bargaining Council for the Electrical Industries experience
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
