About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team in Randburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new corporate and government clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements
- Manage and close deals, ensuring timely delivery of services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with company objectives
Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in education, training, or professional services
- Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills
- Ability to acquire and manage corporate and government clients
- Proven pipeline development and deal-closing capability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a commercial field such as human resources, Psychology, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
