About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team in Midrand, responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and supporting sales efforts across various channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and experience in designing customized training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions for staff, resellers, and customers in-person online.
- Design and develop customized training programs tailored to each partner’s business model, technical capability, and market needs, aligned with Global Certification standards.
- Create, maintain, and update training materials, resources, and assessments across all delivery platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and solution design input.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, network diagrams, and proof of concept setups.
- Design and recommend end-to-end networking and surveillance solutions using products.
- Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to product and sales teams to enhance training relevance and effectiveness.
- Produce training performance reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of training strategy.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in technical training or a related field (networking, IT, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of networking and CCTV products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders, including sales teams and customers.
- Familiarity with Global Certification standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Relevant formal education or certifications in a related field (e.g., IT, Networking).
