About the Role
Fjällräven South Africa is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in Paarl. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store management, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store staff
- Provide excellent customer service

- Implement retail loss prevention strategies

Requirements
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a high level of client engagement and positive shopping experiences
- Strong communication skills for leading teams, training staff, and engaging effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Proven expertise in Store Management, including team leadership, decision-making, and achieving sales objectives
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard store assets and prevent inventory discrepancies
- Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee daily operations efficiently
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role and outdoor or luxury retail. A qualification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
