About the Role
We are seeking an experienced management couple to join our client’s establishment, bringing their expertise in hotel operations and management to drive success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hospitality operations, demonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient service delivery
- Oversee F&B, front office, reservations, and housekeeping departments, driving sales growth and revenue maximization
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance
- Foster strong relationships with guests, staff, and suppliers to drive business growth and success
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing a hotel or resort, preferably in a similar establishment
- Complementary skills across F&B, front office, reservations, and housekeeping
- Hotel school qualification (e.g., Diploma or degree)
- Strong all-round understanding of hospitality operations
