About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wheat Miller to join our team in Frankfort, responsible for managing grain storage and production while ensuring high-quality products and compliance with health, safety, and food legislation. The ideal candidate will contribute to sustainable operational and financial results, working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily reconsolidation of raw materials into finished products
- Regular equipment checks with the maintenance team
- Managing personnel to meet production goals
- Overseeing quality control processes
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards throughout the facility
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and food legislation
Requirements
- Qualified Wheat Miller with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of food safety and health and safety legislation
- Thorough understanding of compliance requirements
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to analyze problems and make informed decisions
