About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Controller to join our team, responsible for managing financial processes and ensuring compliance in a high-value environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily reconciliations and EFT payment processing
  • Allocate accounts and implement financial controls
  • Process financial transactions independently with attention to detail
  • Utilize Xero Accounting Software proficiently
  • Maintain stable internet connection and reliable remote work setup

Requirements

  • Minimum 35 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, Financial Administrator, or Accounting Systems Controller in an accounting or finance environment
  • Relevant Tertiary Education advantageous
  • Proficient in Xero Accounting Software (non-negotiable)
  • Strong knowledge of daily reconciliations, EFT payment processing, accounts allocation, and financial controls

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or related field
