About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Controller to join our team, responsible for managing financial processes and ensuring compliance in a high-value environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reconciliations and EFT payment processing
- Allocate accounts and implement financial controls
- Process financial transactions independently with attention to detail
- Utilize Xero Accounting Software proficiently
- Maintain stable internet connection and reliable remote work setup
Requirements
- Minimum 35 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, Financial Administrator, or Accounting Systems Controller in an accounting or finance environment
- Relevant Tertiary Education advantageous
- Proficient in Xero Accounting Software (non-negotiable)
- Strong knowledge of daily reconciliations, EFT payment processing, accounts allocation, and financial controls
Qualifications
- Formal education/certification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or related field
