About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring that all employees have a positive and productive work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating HR department policies and procedures
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team
  • Assisting with CCMA-related matters
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee data and benefits information
  • Preparing salary increases, bonuses, and leave provision schedules
  • Providing general accounting and Excel knowledge

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience working on Sage Payroll system, including wages and salaries
  • Experience working with Metal Industries Benefit Funds Administrators (MIBFA)
  • General knowledge of assisting employees with pension/provident funds and medical aids
  • General accounting and Excel knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
