About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Centurion to join our team as a Driver Assessor / Moderator / Driver Trainer (Code EC). As a key member of our driving school, you will be responsible for assessing and training drivers to ensure they adhere to safety protocols and industry standards. With your expertise in DriveCam systems and strong people management skills, you will play a critical role in developing top-tier professional drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and on-the-job training sessions to ensure drivers are skilled in safety and efficiency.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to drivers, developing their skills and boosting their performance.
- Conduct driver assessments and provide feedback to management on training progress and driver performance.
- Collaborate in the development and enhancement of training materials.
- Prepare and manage training schedules, ensuring all necessary resources are in place.
- Assist with driver learnership recruitment and support events like “Driver of the Year” competitions.
Requirements
- Relevant accreditation (TETA Registered)
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with DriveRisk or DriveCam systems
- Valid Code 14 license with PDP
- Familiarity with Mix Telematics and advanced computer skills, especially in Excel
