X2 Experienced Scrum Masters must have Agile Coach Skill set living in Cape Town – with Group Risk or Pension Fund Industry experience The Candite Must be living in Cape Town already only- Not negational Permanent position | Hybrid will be going to External Clients Offices regularly Must have a matric certificate essential Must also have either a PSM I or II, or CSM, or CSP Certificate – not negotiable Driver license and own car – if possible The Candidate must be able to speak English extremely well If you have had Background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology this would be a great Advantage Must have at least 3 – 4 years working experience as a Scrum Master and If you have gained Group Risk and/or Pension Fund Industry experience it is preferred but not essential. Must have solid Agile implementation working experience and Presentation skills for External clients Must have Experience in change management Must have Experience in the use of conflict management techniques (Non-Violent Communication by Rosenberg) and negotiation skills Must be a servant leader and have an attitude of self-empowerment – lead the team to self organisation Encourages experimentation – safe to fail Excellent facilitator – leading and demonstrating to the team, the value of adopting agile values and principles (tends to lead the group without realizing) Ability to establish trust and respect within the team Understands and facilitates the need for Transparency and Predictability Great communications skills Ability to express thoughts clearly Fluency Sense of humor Listens more speaks less Situationally aware of current environment Broad understanding of the Software Development process which includes understanding IT terminology Emotional intelligence (maturity) Assertive never quitting but always diplomatic, knowing when to back down and try a different path. Passionate and energized Investigative, analytical mindset for picking up anomalies and ability to derive solutions Committed with a strong sense of ownership Collaborative approach Monthly Salary: up to maximum R50 000 per Month full cost to Company -this is Not negotiable at all Please Note: A Pension Fund of between 4% – 11% of your Monthly Salary will be deducted from your Monthly Salary, which is mandatory for all employees, the full amount would be also deducted from your Monthly Salary – this is not negotiable. NB: (the Company does not contribute to the Pension Fund at all)
