About the Role
Diverse Consulting Solutions is seeking a Scrum Master with Agile Coach skill set to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Group Risk or Pension Fund Industry and a strong background in Agile implementation, change management, and conflict resolution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating agile values and principles, establishing trust and respect within the team, and promoting a culture of transparency and predictability.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile values and principles to external clients
- Establish trust and respect within the team
- Promote transparency and predictability
- Lead the team in self-organisation and experimentation
- Develop and implement conflict management techniques
- Utilise Non-Violent Communication by Rosenberg
- Negotiation skills for effective communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to derive solutions to anomalies
Requirements
- Matric certificate essential
- PSM I or II, CSM, or CSP Certificate required
- Group Risk or Pension Fund Industry experience preferred (not essential)
- At least 3 – 4 years working experience as a Scrum Master
- Solid Agile implementation working experience
- Presentation skills for External clients
- Experience in change management

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: up to maximum R50,000 per month (full cost to Company – not negotiable)
- Pension Fund deduction: 4% – 11% of monthly salary (mandatory for all employees)
