Location: Pretoria Salary: R32,000 R35,000 Working Hours: Monday Friday 07:00 16:00 Available Positions: 1 Start Date: As soon as possible Key Responsibilities: · Financial reporting and record keeping, including preparation and management of accurate financial statements such as income statements and cash flow statements. · Ensure all financial transactions and records are properly documented and organized to maintain transparency. · Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and reliable reporting. · Prepare trial balances and oversee general ledger account closures. · Support budgeting and forecasting processes to assist future financial planning. · Analyze financial data to provide management with insights for decision-making. · Perform regular reconciliations of cash, debtors, creditors, VAT, PAYE/UIF/SDL, and other balance sheet items. · Ensure effective internal controls to prevent errors and irregularities. · Upload daily payments on Nedbank. · Prepare monthly invoicing. · Process monthly payroll journals to the general ledger. · Perform full accounting from bank statements to trial balance on a monthly basis (review and/or full function depending on department). Job Requirements: · National Senior Certificate (Matric). · Accounting qualification (SAIPA qualified candidates or degree holders without completed articles will be considered). · Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience. · Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, Sage, and Pastel. · Strong understanding of full accounting processes up to Trial Balance. · Own transport and valid drivers license. · Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment. · Strong verbal reasoning, instruction comprehension, and critical thinking ability. · Fluent in Afrikaans and English · Ability to adapt to a female-only office environment.
