1. Case Management · Ensure Clinician cases are complete and ready for assignment · Allocate cases efficiently to meet service-level expectations · Facilitate timely report delivery to clients 2. Client Support · Act as first-line support for client queries and inbound calls · Liaise directly with Clinicians · Support clinical governance activities 3. Clinician Support · Assist with workflow queries and communication of critical alerts · Type and format Clinician reports with precision Experience as a medical receptionist Computer Literate Strong organisational, time management and communication skills Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Healthcare experience advantageous
