Applicants should have a solid background in debt collection or credit control, with at least 1 year of experience. Matric is required, and a tertiary qualification is advantageous. Knowledge of the Freight Industry will be beneficial. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, deadline-driven, and able to work under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
