About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and meeting potential clients
- Establishing client financial needs and goals
- Enabling a professional Financial Needs Analysis to be drafted
- Dispensing/selling suitable financial insurance products and investments
- Ongoing servicing of the client book
- Administering benefits, including medical aid and gap cover
- Earning referral commissions from other product houses
- Providing admin & compliance support
- Assisting with paraplanning for external products
- Working flexible hours to meet production targets
- Receiving production rewards and incentives
Requirements
- Matric/Gr 12 or equivalent qualification
- B. Com, LLB, or Financial Industry-related qualifications (preferred)
- RE 5 qualification (preferred but not essential)
- 2 years of financial advisory experience (preferred but not essential)
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications in a relevant field
