We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and bring our values to life. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of our brand. You will actively promote our products or services, engage with customers, and create positive brand experiences both online and in person. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, passionate about marketing, and enjoys interacting with people. Key Roles Represent the brand professionally at events, promotions, activations, and campaigns Promote brand awareness through face-to-face interactions, social media, and community outreach Educate customers about products, services, and brand values Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team Assist with product demonstrations and promotional activities Support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional image at all times Matric / Grade 12 Previous experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or customer service is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, outgoing, and well-presented Strong understanding of social media platforms (advantage) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and events Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills Strong verbal communication skills Customer-focused mindset Persuasive and engaging personality Time management and organizational skills Problem-solving ability Adaptability and enthusiasm
