Job Description

This is a pure new business acquisition role focused on invoice discounting and working capital finance . You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new opportunities into long-term client partnerships across solutions such as: Invoice discounting Purchase order finance Stock finance Trade finance Escrow solutions Youll work closely with internal specialists to craft tailored funding structures that unlock liquidity, improve cash flow, and enable business growth. Key responsibilities include: Proactively sourcing and closing new working capital transactions Building trusted relationships with CFOs, Financial Directors, and business owners Delivering compelling pitches and structuring bespoke funding solutions Developing and maintaining a strong introducer and referral network Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets Collaborating internally to ensure seamless onboarding and execution This role offers exposure to strategic deal-making in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Skills & Experience: Were looking for a commercially sharp, resilient professional who brings: BCom in Marketing or Finance Minimum 25 years experience in trade or working capital finance (preferred) Minimum 24 years experience in corporate working capital solutions Experience in corporate lending, trade finance, or leveraged finance (advantageous) Proven success as a financial services sales hunter Strong negotiation and closing skills with senior decision-makers High resilience and ability to perform in a target-driven environment If you are motivated by closing deals, building strategic relationships, and influencing business growth, this role offers significant earning potential and career progression.
