Key Responsibilities Client Consultation : Assess clients financial goals, family needs, and risk exposure to recommend appropriate life insurance products. Solution Design : Present customized life insurance plans that align with clients income, liabilities, and long-term objectives. Education & Trust Building : Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to help clients make informed decisions. Sales & Compliance : Drive sales through ethical practices while ensuring all regulatory and company standards are met. Ongoing Support : Maintain relationships with clients, review coverage needs periodically, and assist with claims or policy updates. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong interpersonal and communication skills Financial services experience will be an advantage, although full training will be provided. Goal-driven and self-motivated.
