Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional manner
- Assist customers with policy queries, product information, and cover explanations
- Process policy changes, cancellations, and updates on CRM systems
- Follow up on outstanding documents and client requests
- Capture accurate client details and maintain customer records
- Provide quotes (if licensed/qualified) and generate leads for sales teams
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum 1–2 years Call Centre or Customer Service experience (insurance experience an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills – verbal & written
- Computer literate with strong typing & CRM system skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
- Patient, client-centred and professional phone etiquette
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 7h30 – 17h00
- Every 2nd Saturday – 8h30 – 13h30
- Training provided
