About the Role

An established and diversified manufacturing group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to lead its finance function and provide strategic financial direction across operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to play a key role in driving business performance, governance, and sustainable growth within the group.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the finance function to deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis
Provide strategic financial direction across operations to drive business performance and growth
Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company’s overall strategy
Manage and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and tax legislation

Requirements

BCom Accounting / Finance (Honours advantageous)
CA(SA), CIMA, or similar professional qualification (preferred)
58 years experience in a senior finance role
Strong experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment advantageous
Advanced knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax legislation
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

Formal education/certifications: BCom Accounting / Finance (Honours) or equivalent
