About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Wedding Co-ordinator to join our team at Bright Placements. This role requires a passionate, organised, and client-focused individual who can transform wedding visions into seamless and unforgettable events.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget
- Plan, co-ordinate, and oversee all aspects of wedding events from start to finish
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth execution
- Develop timelines, floor plans, and detailed event schedules
- Manage set-up, décor, and full on-the-day coordination
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction
- Handle last-minute changes calmly and professionally
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Requirements
Proven experience as a Wedding Co-ordinator or Event Planner
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events
Professional presentation and customer service excellence
