About the Role
Join our fast-paced Property Services recruitment team focused on speed, accuracy and reliable delivery as a Resourcer in Cape Town City Centre. You will identify, engage and qualify skilled trades operatives for temporary and permanent assignments, ensuring client requirements are filled quickly and to a high standard in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate experience in recruitment or a fast-paced customer-facing or sales environment
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals and social media
- Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews
- Verify right-to-work documentation and complete compliance checks
- Build and maintain an active candidate pool
- Manage availability, bookings and ongoing candidate communication
- Reactivate lapsed candidates and expand the network
- Support consultants with urgent live vacancies and ensure speed and quality of shortlists
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or a fast-paced customer-facing or sales background
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence on the phone
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Resilience and a proactive mindset
- Attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance
- Property recruitment experience preferred

Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this role is R21k – R28k.
