About the Role
As a Sales Executive at MMU Group, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and enhancing the value of our company products. You will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning, identifying new markets, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the brand to enhance product value
- Participate in events and open days to ensure visibility
- Identify new prospects, markets, trends, and customer needs
- Expand sales channels to maximize opportunities
- Provide market feedback on products
- Develop strategic sales plans to meet objectives and achieve targets
- Collaborate with Marketing and Management on promotional strategies
- Coordinate activities with Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics departments
- Negotiate and close deals that contribute to business growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain and update customer information and sales data
- Attend industry-specific events to build networks and relationships

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
