About the Role
Azura Distributors Cape, a reputable national distributor of quality decorative flooring, is seeking an experienced External Sales Representative to service existing and establish new customers in the Cape region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building meaningful business relationships, growing turnover with each customer, and upholding our company’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing existing customer base and establishing new relationships
- Growing turnover with each customer in a sustainable way
- Ensuring customers have the necessary marketing material
- Following a structured call cycle to see customers regularly
- Submitting a weekly activity report to management
- Upholding our company’s reputation
Requirements
- Experienced as an external sales representative
- Rudimentary understanding of the mechanics in the building/interiors industry
- Well-presented and neat
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively under minimal supervision
- Target-driven
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literate

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary made up of a base amount (basic) and commission based on turnover
- Annual incentive, paid annually based on achieving annual target
