About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Marketing Coordinator in Paarl. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for managing calls, welcoming guests, and maintaining a professional reception area. You will also support our agents with enquiries and day-to-day office coordination, while providing administrative support to our real estate division.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calls, welcome visitors, and maintain a professional reception area
General office administration and supplies management
Support agents with enquiries and day-to-day office coordination
Load and manage deals on MOON
Draft, check and distribute Offers to Purchase
Liaise with attorneys and follow up on outstanding documents
Ensure contracts are compliant and properly filed (digital & physical)
Create content using Canva
Manage monthly social media plans (4 posts per week + stories)
Assist with campaigns, newsletters, video projects and events
Support CRM systems and marketing strategy initiatives
Quarterly marketing reporting

Requirements
