About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Marketing Coordinator in Paarl. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for managing calls, welcoming guests, and maintaining a professional reception area. You will also support our agents with enquiries and day-to-day office coordination, while providing administrative support to our real estate division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calls, welcome visitors, and maintain a professional reception area
- General office administration and supplies management
- Support agents with enquiries and day-to-day office coordination
- Load and manage deals on MOON
- Draft, check and distribute Offers to Purchase
- Liaise with attorneys and follow up on outstanding documents
- Ensure contracts are compliant and properly filed (digital & physical)
- Create content using Canva
- Manage monthly social media plans (4 posts per week + stories)
- Assist with campaigns, newsletters, video projects and events
- Support CRM systems and marketing strategy initiatives
- Quarterly marketing reporting
