Financial Manager Construction Industry Location: Rustenburg, North West Industry: Construction / Civil Engineering Type: Permanent | Full-time Start Date: To be announced Salary: Market-related (based on experience) Residency: Must reside in Rustenburg or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate Role Overview We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Financial Manager to oversee all financial operations within a construction-focused environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for full financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow, tax, debtors, and creditors. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, analytical skills, and industry-specific insight. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple projects Oversee debtors and creditors, ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely payments Monitor and manage company cash flow and working capital Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies Support operational teams with financial insights and cost control Maintain financial systems and ensure data integrity Minimum Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) (essential) Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 5 years experience in financial management, preferably in the construction industry Strong understanding of project-based accounting and cost control Proficient in accounting software and Excel Excellent communication and leadership skills Must have own reliable transport Must reside in Rustenburg or surrounding areas, or be willing to relocate
