Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with advanced technical expertise to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our SuccessFactors operations, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of our SAP SuccessFactors platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for SAP SuccessFactors modules, including all technical operations
- Routinized use of Ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow) to manage and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the team to implement ITIL processes and ensure efficient operations
- Foster effective communication and teamwork to achieve project goals
- Conduct quality assurance activities to focus on continuous improvement
Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors Technical Operations experience (all modules)
- Routinized use of Ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail with a focus on quality
Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules (bonus)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP SuccessFactors support or operations
