About the Role
We are seeking a Level 1 Support Technician to join our team in Nelspruit, South Africa. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring their systems run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical problems
Requirements
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Must live within a 20km radius of Nelspruit
- Own transport required
- Relevant IT Certificate
- Minimum 2 year experience in IT
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salary & Benefits
R8 000 – R12 000 (depending on experience)
