About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Creditors Supervisor to oversee the creditors function within our Finance department. You will manage supplier transactions, reconciliations, payments, and reporting while safeguarding internal controls and leading the creditors team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily creditors processing, payments, and reconciliations
- Oversee monthly and year-end creditor account closures
- Perform creditors investigations and reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, IFRS, SA tax, FICA, POPI, and Forex regulations
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, tenders, and risk assessments
- Lead, coach, and develop the creditors team
- Support other Finance divisions as required
Requirements
- BCom degree or equivalent NQF 7 in Finance or Commerce
- 35 years experience in a similar role, preferably in retail/wholesale or motor industry
- Syspro experience is advantageous

Salary & Benefits
- R35,000 – R45,000 per month basic, CTC ± R600,000 – R780,000 per annum
